Daniel Ramirez 2018 Artist Spotlight

Daniel Ramirez, a certified descendant of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan, has won several awards across America in prestigious art competitions. He has been well recognized for his work in watercolors and acrylics and for his drawings in charcoal and pastels. His most ambitious undertaking is The World’s Longest Native American Painting, consisting of nine panels (and growing) with portraits of dozens and dozens of Indigenous women from across the United States.
